Classes are back in session, and the Lehigh University Pub is rolling out its fall menu to satisfy every appetite.

Many favorites from the pub's spring and summer menus are back, including the Mountain Hawk Veggie Melt, 1865 Burger, light crispy brussels sprouts, the Eco Flame Buffalo Chicken sandwich, and steak frites featuring herby garlic fries.

Joining these familiar items are new dishes that are likely to win over the hearts of diners. Anyone craving something brunchy will find the pub's new chicken and waffles irresistible, especially topped with local maple syrup and whipped honey cinnamon butter. 

Pub-goers stopping in on game days (or anytime) can munch on Snake Pit wings (bone-in, boneless, and vegetarian), battered cheese curds served with the pub's special sauce, and Buffalo Chicken Dip served with house made chips and ranch. 

The bar continues to serve quality wines, local and Lehigh-connected craft brews and signature mocktails.

New Pub Hours

Snake Pit wings with ranch and celery sticksBeginning Tuesday, August 26th, the pub will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Join us for Founder's Hour (our Lehigh-themed version of Happy Hour) Tuesday through Friday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM.
