From a chance meeting on campus emerged true love – and a partnership that would shape the lives of two young alumni.
Together, CJ McCollum ‘13 and Elise McCollum ‘13 ‘15G DDS have built a beautiful family while cultivating a business based in their shared passion for wine, community and sustainability.
CJ’s NBA career has taken them from coast to coast and around the world. And since 2021, Oregon’s Willamette Valley has been the home of McCollum Family Vineyards, CJ and Elise’s 318-acre property in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA.
Of course, Bethlehem – and Lehigh especially – will always be a place of family and connection for the McCollums. And now, the Lehigh Pub is excited to share the wines of the McCollum Heritage 91 collection with our guests.
To celebrate the realization of dreams and the connectedness of our alumni and the university, CJ has graciously offered to include an autographed photo with each dine-in or take home purchase of a bottle of McCollum Heritage 91 Chardonnay, Rosé or Pinot Noir at the Lehigh Pub.
